At LTH we love to blend high and low elements to create beautiful spaces. We say our clients are shopping for the $500 rug, not the $5,000. A budget for a medium room transformation typically ranges from $5,000 - $10,000, a larger room $10,000 - $20,000 (excluding design service fees). If you have existing furniture, rugs or decor that you are keeping in the room your budget may be lower.

LTH specializes in room layouts & furnishings and decor. This includes: room layouts / floor plans, furniture selections, area rugs, light fixtures, accent lighting, wall art and mirrors, pillows and throws, decorative objects, plants and greenery. At this time we do not advise on renovations, custom window treatments or custom built-ins.

Clients do not receive a trade discount but you also never pay a mark-up. You purchase all items directly from the retailer and manage the installation process. Our design process combines traditional design with e-design and DIY elements, making it efficient and cost effective.

At this time we do not provide any new construction or remodeling design services. We focus on furnishings and decor. LTH can advise on kitchen tables, chairs, rugs, runners, counter stools, counter styling and light fixtures. Bathroom lighting, decor, art, towels, and accent rugs.
